About Me

Welcome to Myriad Fleet.  My name is Regina Bryant and I’m the founder and CEO of Myriad.  

I am a proud member of the United States Army.  I served in active duty for four years and I am currently in the United States Army Reserve with a total of 18 years in service.  I am passionate about helping veterans transition out of active duty into civilian life. Things are different out here and sometimes, veterans aren’t provided with the resources they need to be successful.  I can bridge that gap and help you have a seamless transition into civilian life.

Before Myriad, I was a Wealth Management Banker for almost 10 years.  I chose to say goodbye to my corporate career because I wanted to touch more lives and impact more people.

My passion has always been in helping people succeed.  I chose the name Myriad because there are a myriad of ways I can help people level up.  This is my platform to touch as many lives by helping them grow financially, professionally and personally.

Stefanie Aldana Ustariz
General Manager

Hi, I’m Stefi and I’ve been with Myriad since 2021. As General Manager, I oversee all operations and lead our management team to deliver on our commitment to safety, performance and operational excellence.

I hold a B.A. in Political Science and an M.S. in National Security Affairs, fields that taught me critical thinking and to manage complex logistics under pressure. Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, I grew up in South Florida and moved to Denver in 2021.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, gaming, reading, drawing, and spending time with my dog, Littlebit.

I take pride in putting people first. Safety and sustainability matter more to me than short-term metrics, and I work to build an environment where everyone feels supported and empowered.

John Claiborne
Fleet & Operations Manager

My name is John Claiborne, and I'm the Fleet and Operations Manager at Myriad. I have a passion for creating a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable supporting and learning from one another.

Prior to joining Myriad Fleet I spent several years as a Store Manager at Guitar Center. During this time I was a part of teams who were motivated to drive results, as well as learning to understand different perspectives through the opinions, backgrounds and experiences of others.

As a Colorado transplant originally from the Bay Area in California, I'm an avid hiker and mountaineering enthusiast! In my downtime I also enjoy riding and working on motorcycles, and playing drums in my rock band!

Joe Gibbons
Employee Onboarding, Development & Engagement

My name is Joe Gibbons, and I am the Employee Onboarding, Development & Engagement Manager at Myriad. I direct the performance management efforts including recruitment, hiring, training, skills development, and Driver Associate engagement.

I’m a Denver native, am learning about fatherhood from my daughter, Hattie, and I draw on 12 years of experience in teaching and education. I am currently pursuing a Master of Organizational Leadership from CU, Boulder.

Kelsey Davis
Chief of Human Resources, Risk, and Compliance

My name is Kelsey Davis, and I’m the Chief of Human Resources, Risk, and Compliance at Myriad. I oversee all safety issues, accidents, FMLA, leaves of absence, and payroll issues.

My goal here at Myriad is to create a safety culture environment and take care of all our team members. As a mom, compassion comes naturally and I won’t hesitate to give a helping hand to those who need it.

Josiah Lakatos
Closing Manager

My name is Josiah Lakatos, and I’m the Closing Manager at Myriad. I assist with anything our drivers need during the day and making sure everyone returns safely at the end of the night.

Before settling back in Colorado I spent 5 years working at Disneyland and have taken from them my desire to always put safety first and to make magic around me in the simple things.

As a father of 3 girls I enjoy staying active and sharing my joy from Nintendo, Star Wars, and Disney with them through games, movies and vacations!

Dylan Ings
Hiring Manager

Hi, I’m Dylan and I’ve been with Myriad for three years. As a Hiring Manager, I focus on building strong teams and supporting candidates as they take the next step in their careers. I’m passionate about approaching hiring as a partnership—looking beyond just filling roles to understanding how we, as a company, can support you in this chapter of your life.

I hold an A.A.S. in Automation Engineering and Electrical Engineering, and I’m currently pursuing a B.S. in Mechatronics Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. My background has given me a strong foundation in problem-solving, systems thinking, and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Originally from the San Fernando Valley, just outside of Los Angeles, I’ve enjoyed bringing that perspective with me as I’ve grown with Myriad. Outside of work, I spend my time hanging out with my dog, Chester, and volunteering as a coach for a high school robotics team—an experience that keeps me connected to innovation, teamwork, and mentorship.

I take pride in creating opportunities for others and helping people find not just a job, but a place where they can grow, contribute, and feel supported.
